Terms & Conditions
- Booking Fee & Deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
- The Security Deposit is fully refundable and will be returned within 7 to 15 days after the rental period ends, provided there are no outstanding issues
- This deposit ensures the safe return of the vehicle in good condition and serves as a commitment to the terms of the subscription.
- The Security Deposit covers potential costs such as:
- Fines (saman).
- Damages.
- Cleaning charges for dirt or unpleasant odors (e.g., cigarette, alcohol, food, or durian).
Penalties
- Smoking, vaping, and alcohol consumption inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
- Eating inside the vehicle is allowed, but the car must be cleaned before return.
- A penalty of MYR300 will be charged for:
- Any unpleasant odors (e.g., cigarette, alcohol, food, durian).
- Excessive dirt requiring additional cleaning.
